PROJECT REFERENCE

Ozone Systems for High-Salinity Wastewater at Zhundong

Order confirmed · delivery in progress

Zhundong, Xinjiang, China

GUOLIN is supplying ten 120 kg/h systems for wastewater treatment at CHN Energy's Zhundong coal-to-gas project. Two contracts bring together large-scale ozone equipment, high-salinity treatment duties and coordination with separate EPC teams.

A major coal-to-gas project with demanding wastewater duties

CHN Energy's Zhundong development has a planned natural-gas production scale of 2 billion cubic metres per year. Wastewater treatment is part of the infrastructure supporting that production. For GUOLIN, the work centres on large ozone systems supplied into the project's wastewater and concentrated-brine treatment packages.

The two equipment contracts serve the same Zhundong development through different EPC teams. Keeping those supply packages coordinated is a practical part of delivering equipment into a project of this scale.

Ten large systems, two coordinated supply packages

The China Tianchen Engineering Corporation contract comprises three units rated at 120 kg/h each for concentrated-brine treatment. The Sinopec Ningbo Engineering contract comprises a further seven 120 kg/h units. Together, these orders cover ten systems with a combined nameplate ozone-generation capacity of 1,200 kg/h.

GUOLIN's sales and technical teams worked with the engineering companies on technical interfaces and drawing reviews. The project announcement describes custom system integration and production scheduling alongside equipment review for discharge efficiency, gas quality, operating stability and energy requirements.

Manufacturing and shipment progress

GUOLIN reported on 29 October 2026 that part of the 120 kg/h equipment had been dispatched and delivery was progressing. This is the current supply milestone for the Zhundong equipment; the two contract packages remain separately identified above.

The order demonstrates GUOLIN's ability to manufacture multiple large ozone systems and coordinate deliveries for a major industrial development. Its combination of equipment scale and EPC coordination is directly relevant to buyers planning multi-unit ozone installations.
